Updates On Last Months Announcements

  • Walmart Update
We’re excited to announce more progress toward Walmart’s Solution Provider Network. As we said in October we are approved and have our portal to begin onboarding customers. We’ve completed all the steps, including updating our website to meet Walmart’s criteria. Now that all steps are complete and the website has been updated we’ve moved on to final legal review and approval of the public facing website. Final legal approval is anticipated soon, with the first set of Walmart stores rolling out for early partners in November. For each store, we’ll provide a custom website with products that meet Walmart’s strict criteria. Rollout will be gradual, prioritizing partners who joined earliest, and we appreciate your patience as we complete final validations with Walmart.
  • Monthly Partner Success Meetings
Monthly meetings with our Partner Success Team are underway, helping us identify and resolve potential issues early. These meetings have proven invaluable for catching and addressing misunderstandings. Thank you to all of you for participating. There are a few of you who have been traveling or out of pocket and still need to begin your regular meetings. Please reach out to Saria to get those scheduled.  If our Partner Success Team cannot resolve a question, Joe or Daniel will book a call directly with you on Tuesdays and Thursdays to provide a faster solution.
  • SkuVault Warehouse Management Software
We’ve signed with SkuVault to implement a warehouse management software system in the coming in about 8 weeks. Once live, this portal will offer full transparency of your inventory from arrival to dispatch. You’ll soon be able to see all your inventory and it’s status in our warehouse down to its location on the shelf. This shift will allow you to view every item’s status, increasing accuracy, speed, and efficiency in our warehouse operations.
  • Appetite Not Fulfilled
We strive to fully meet each partner’s monthly purchasing appetite. However, due to restrictions on certain brands or categories and Amazon’s stricter Q4 gating policies, there are times when we cannot fulfill 100% of the requested amount. We will continue prioritizing quality, authentic inventory over quantity to safeguard your store’s longevity.

Amazon Platform Global Changes

  • Amazon Section Three Reviews
Amazon is intensifying reviews, particularly around Section Three compliance, to ensure marketplace integrity. While these policies ultimately strengthen the platform, they present temporary challenges, and we thank our Partner Success Team for achieving a 90%+ success rate in helping partners navigate these reviews. Special shout out to Joe and Tommy for their awesome work in this area. We believe all of our partners and every seller on Amazon will eventually be reviewed, so it’s not a matter of if, but when. When the time comes for review we will walk you through it every step of the way.
  • Inventory Standards
Unlike some competitors, we maintain strict sourcing standards, avoiding unverified or closeout inventory. This commitment to quality ensures long-term store security but may occasionally slow inventory fulfillment.
  • Letter from Congressman Christopher Smith
Congressman Christopher Smith has written an open letter to Amazon, where he  addressed Amazon’s policies and how they are currently adversely affecting legitimate sellers like us. His support highlights that this is a platform wide issue and punctuates the urgency of fairer processes for sellers, particularly around reviews and inventory authenticity checks. Please review the full text of his letter here: https://www.stablestorefronts.com/letterfromchristophersmith/
  • What You Can Do to Help
To support improvements in Amazon’s policies, we invite you to send our prepared letter to your local representatives. Our goal is to amplify this message with additional voices, encouraging Amazon to establish a more balanced approach to seller support.
